Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Website refers to I Shop Lanka, accessible from https://iminispares.lk You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order at anytime, without giving any reason before the goods are being dispatched.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by calling +94775058824.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement from our end.

Conditions for Returns and Warranty

Please note that, as per our pricing model, all spares are sold without a default warranty. However, customers may opt to purchase a 6-month warranty on all mechanical parts at an additional 40% cost. This warranty excludes electrical, electronic, cosmetic items, and accessories, and covers only manufacturing defects—not physical damage or issues resulting from incorrect installation or misuse.

Warranty must be requested and paid for at the time of purchase.

Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days of purchase only if the item and original packaging are untampered. Please note that electrical and electronic items are not eligible for return.

No cash refunds will be issued for returned goods. Instead, a credit note will be provided, which can be used for other purchases.

We kindly request all customers to inspect, inquire, and confirm compatibility before making a purchase. All warranty or return claims must be submitted with the original invoice and packaging.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
